The signatories, including the United States, France, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates, argue that nuclear power is a clean and reliable source of energy to decarbonize the economy and fight climate change. The International Energy Agency (IAEA) has reinforced this position, saying that nuclear power is a key element in achieving climate neutrality. Here are some highlighted pros about nuclear energy:

Nuclear power is a clean energy source that produces no greenhouse gas emissions.

It is reliable and constant energy, available 24/7.

It can help diversify energy sources and reduce dependence on fossil fuels.

C.
